Hi fashion ravers, I've been in love with color blocking which has got to be one of my favorite trends for spring. I love the vibrant pops of color which are eye catching and fun; color makes me feel happy go lucky. Below is my color blocking look which was inspired by Gucci's mix of colors from the runway.

Spring is all about bold brights and cool color combos that create contrast to your outfits. You could wear a color combo by choosing two hues in the same color family; for example green, you could try a lime green and a forest green, just make sure that the colors compliment your skin tone. So go ahead and try different color combos and see your vibrant new look.
When wearing the color blocking trend keep bags, shoes and accessories in neutral colors. I chose brown heels and no accessories for my outfit. Makeup and hair as well should be kept very minimal; I just have on foundation and lined my bottom lash line with black eyeliner, no eye makeup and I applied mascara. For a chic touch I applied a red orange lip.
